Wolf’s Rest is a work in progress mod being made for Dragon Age: Origins.
It is my first attempt at creating a mod using the Dragon Age Toolset, and will include five levels.

Currently the two main areas include the island, an exterior area made using the landscape tool, with some model placement, a mysterious elvhen woman named Fen’Falon, who seeks to find their friend, and several groups of enemies consisting of wolves and demons, and the interior of the ruins which consists of several levels.

To gain entrance to the ruins the player must make their way through the enemies and around and up to the highest part of the island (the path is fairly linear).

At the top of the ruins the player must face a stronger demon, who guards an opening in the ruins.

The player, can enter the ruin, where they make their way through an old alcove finding a dead templar and a book that gives some insight into what may lie ahead.

The below is speculative and not yet built

The player then enters a winding hall that opens up into the heart of the temple, where a door stands sealed. Two paths run parallel to the sealed door. One path leads to a small room with a statue that holds a key in its hand.

The second path is similar to the other, but the statue in the second room is broken and corpses lie scattered around. It’s a trap! The corpses are possesed by demons and rise to fight the player. After defeating the corpses, the player can gain entrance to the sealed chamber.

Once in the chamber a pride demon - the leader of the demons- appears bound to guard the chamber, and the mysterious tomb within.

On defeating the demon, the player is left with a warning, not to wake the dreadwolf!

A voice sounds in the player’s head, everything goes black, and then suddenly the player find themself outside the temple, the way blocked, and an eerie message from Fen’Falon ‘ Thank you for helping my friend’.
